CANCELLATION POLICY AND – FORM

End users have the right to revoke this contract within thirty days without giving reasons. In the case of contracts between companies, there is no consumer protection or right of withdrawal.

The revocation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ozonos GmbH, Ginzkeyplatz 11, 5020 Salzburg, Austria, Office Adresse: Ginzkeyplatz 11 – A – 5020 Salzburg, Tel.: +43 662 238 288-0, Fax: +43 662 238 288-99, E-Mail frischluft@ozonos.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.B. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model revocation form for this, which is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.  Consequences of the revocation.

If you revoke this contract, we will have to refund to you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within thirty days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. “We may refuse repayment until we have recovered the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. They only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling of them that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
